Only orders for dutch customers can be picked up at our store, unless you have a friend picking up the product or something lik that. Please place a comment during the check out session.
We ship to all countries in this list provided in the check out section of our webstore. If your country isn`t on the list and you would like to order with us, please drop an email so we can work something out.
Payment can be done with PAYPAL & credit cards. Credit card payment takes 1 day more before being processed, due to fraude check.
Shipping costs for orders in Europe start at € 5,-
Shipping costs for orders outside Europe start at € 15,-
Free shipping outside the Netherlands above € 100,-
Ideal, Credit card & Paypal
We’ve tried to make it as easy and safe as possible for you. The quickest and most reliable way to pay is by Paypal, Ideal (dutch bank accounts only) or Credit Card. When you placed the order and you’ve completed the final step, Ideal, Paypal or Credit card confirms your purchase. Shortly after Revert will send you an email containing a specification of your order, your personal info and payment method. We will immediately process your order with great care; if you’re order is placed before 17 hrs. your package will be shipped the same day and with some luck you will receive it the next day in the Netherlands and in some other countries. Otherwise you will receive it in 2 – 3 days.
Pick it up in our store
You can also choose to pick up you order at our store. You safe postage costs and its fun at the same time! It’s the exact same procedure, just click “I will personally pick up my order at the store” … It’s as easy as 1,2,3. Just let us know when you want to pick it up. This is during normal Revert business hours. Are you unable to collect your order and you want to pick it up later, let us know so we can put your order aside. NOTE: We hold your package for a maximum of 30 days, after that your purchase and the right to return your money expires.
TNT | POST
All orders are daily packed by us and picked up by TNT | Post from Monday to Friday. One requirement is that you have placed your order before 17:00 for TNT to send your package the same day. TNT is committed to deliver within 24 hours anywhere in the Netherlands. It is possible that delivery takes a little longer then normal due to holidays, payment problems and other situations beyond our control. To ensure that everything runs smoothly make sure that you give us your correct name, address, phone number and to fill in any special requests or comments.
It is our goal is that you’ll be fully satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong article and you have filled out your order correctly, well send the article of your choice for free.
If you didn’t receive your order, due to any error on our part, you can choose to get your money back or to pick out another item that we will send to you asap, free of charge. This only applies if you filled out your order and address correctly. If your item doesn’t fit or are you by any reason not satisfied with you purchase, you can return it within 30 days to the following address:

Please make sure that you include your proof of purchase and a note giving us the reason for the return of same. Let us know if you want to select a different item or receive a refund. If you want a refund, state your bank account number. We will give you your money back within 30 days after receiving your package.
If there is something wrong with your order, you can always give us a call at the shop +31(23) 5510346 during opening hours or mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We're committed to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. You can always visit the shop, take your product and order form with you so we can take action immediately. The rules of warranty are the same as those you're used to from our shop. Are you a new customer and not familiar with our customer service then this is the golden rule. Our customer is King and we guarantee that your complaint is handled to your complete satisfaction.
We are always looking for fresh, new brands and aim at finding brands that meet our high quality standard. Any problems to do with production defects will be settled between Revert Ladies and the brand to our client’s satisfaction. For other problems, unusual wear and tear please contact us. Furthermore there is a standard warranty that is covered by the brand itself, as stated in their terms and users instructions.
