About Ontour

Ontour girl’s and women’s clothing is available online and in our shop. This brand from Eindhoven, the Netherlands, bridges the gap between fashion, street wear, product design and graphic design. Every season, something else goes ‘on tour’: each collection is based on a journey, inspired by daily life. Ontour’s clothing is sophisticated, basic and elegant, but there’s a recognizable twist in every garment. The pieces are characterised by great fits, subtle detailing, and an original use of fabrics and colours. Ontour cares for the people involved in the product’s development and the environment: most of Ontour’s clothes are made of organic cotton. Ontour was founded in 2005 by product designers Remco van der Velden and Etienne Dekkers. The two became friends during their study at the Design Academy in Eindhoven. Today, Ontour is still about quality, creativity and having fun. Each season, more and more people discover Ontour’s fine Dutch design. This year’s collection is called ‘The Bakery 2012’. The collection is daily fresh, rising like a cupcake and as sweet as a Belgian waffle. Inspired by classic bakeries, bright-coloured macaroons and salty pretzels, Ontour mixes functional work wear with timeless silhouettes, using only the best ingredients and tasty detailing. The used colours are based upon fancy pastry, the layering of a cake and colourful icing. Bon appetit!
